Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement and Moderation

• Monitor and participate in conversations across community platforms, including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging environment by moderating discussions and ensuring a positive community experience.

Content Creation and Collaboration

• Work with the creatives, communications, and marketing teams to develop and publish diverse content formats.
• Create, curate, and manage creative and original content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional content to strengthen product branding and engagement.

Strategy and Optimization

• Help design and implement social media strategies that focus on increasing conversions, engagement, and audience growth.
• Experiment with different engagement strategies, analyze their effectiveness, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media channels, making adjustments to improve outcomes.

Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Report significant trends, threats, and opportunities to the management team.

Partnership Development

• Assist in identifying and managing collaborations with influencers, KOLs, and partners to expand the brand's reach.
• Support the creation of promotional collateral for partnership initiatives.

Community Insights and Feedback

• Utilize social listening tools to gather insights from customer conversations and competitor activities.
• Enhance processes for capturing positive online reviews and user-generated content.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content marketing, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
