• Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our ICT products and services.
• Establish meaningful relationships with customers, providing tailored support and proactive solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue within our diverse client base at Bizolve B.V.
• Analyze customer feedback to collaborate with the product team, influencing future product developments and enhancements.
• Manage customer retention initiatives and reduce churn by delivering exceptional service experiences.

We are looking for individuals who can assist us in completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage your network or other channels to find users who are willing to participate in and complete the KYC process.

• Find users who are willing to complete KYC verification.
• Assist users in completing the KYC process and ensure compliance at every step.
• For each successfully referred user who completes the KYC, you will receive a certain amount of compensation.
