New Product Development

• Assist in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific area of the business.
• Help create business cases for new products and improvements to existing products.
• Support internal communication about product features and benefits to ensure team alignment.
• Conduct market research to help assess demand and product positioning.
• Stay informed about trends in Web2 and Web3 applications and games.

Product Execution

• Help execute the product roadmap, from brainstorming new features to launching them.
• Work with teams from Tech, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to support product delivery.
• Assist in creating product documentation and understanding user needs.
• Support partnerships and integrations with external applications.
• Help track key metrics to measure product success.

User Experience and Customer Feedback

• Contribute to designing a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
• Learn about customer needs and how they perceive our product.
• Participate in user interviews and usability testing to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to understand and address user feedback.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and user experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
