B2B Salesperson/Superstars with outbound sales experience! P100k on target, 100% remote/work at home!


Hours: Full-time (8 hours Monday to Friday) Dayshift

Salary: PHP 40,000.00 per month for a 40-hour week.

Benefits: Plus high commission on every successful deal. 

Plus Achievement Bonus: for monthly deals in excess of 10.

About the Work

You will use our company's AI-empowered marketing services for business customers. All leads provided. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets.


Please do not apply if you have no Foreign company experience or BPO experience; your application will be automatically rejected.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential business customers (all leads provided) through online channels and voice. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with business customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and provide feedback on the leads given.
  • Maintain interaction updates in the CRM. 
  • Continuously enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry developments.

Syarat-syarat :

  • Candidate must have BPO experience with a foreign company or employer experience. please only apply if you meet this requirement, as an application without relevant experience will be rejected.
  • Proven experience in SELLING to foreign businesses (USA, Canada, Australia etc.) or a related role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • BPO outbound sales experience (reaching out to prospects) is an advantage. (Not just CSR selling experience, but ACTUAL experience in SELLING and CLOSING sales deals to foreign businesses.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales deals with businesses.
  • Exceptional customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using any CRM software and sales automation tools.
